Create a Customer product/service

  1. Go to /setup/products services
  2. Create a product under selected group
  3. Under Module Settings Tab, select CloudAstrix
  4. Select whether service type: Reseller or Customer,
  5. Select the Charge Plan you want allocated to this service. Charge Plans are created directly in SPE first.
  6. Select Maximum Clients
  7. Select Maximum SIP Devices
  8. Select Maximum IVR/Auto Attendant
  9. Select Maximum Ring Group
  10. Select Maximum Conference
  11. In CUSTOM FIELDS, add    Account Number    and save
  12. Add a service to a client and see it created in SPE.
